Mango Cake at Breadtalk

Mango Cake @ Breadtalk (Php 450)

I fell in love with this cake the first time I saw it. I love the intricate details about its icing. It was very fun to look at and wonder how they made it. Although the taste was not quite satisfying I still believe that it is a good buy. For me, it was not that sweet at all, specifically the first layer. The second layer rocks. i think it wants to balance the sweetness of the cake and also to avoid being "too" sweet. I still believe that Contis' Mango Pie is the best. I think those people who do not like super sweet cakes will love this. As for me, I really like sweet cakes.

If you love chocolate cakes, I believe that you will  love this cake. Our whole family liked this so much. Cakes at BreadTalk are affordable and good. I think this is the best I have tasted from them. The design is also superb. I also noticed that cakes from BreadTalk are designed creatively and uniquely. 

Photography Portfolio

My Canon SLR is my best friend.

After taking up Advertising Photography as an Elective subject in my last semester at school, this is what I came up, a beautiful portfolio. I miss the photography classes so much. It is one of those many advertising classes I enjoyed the most. There are so many things I learned from photography. It surely became my hobby and up to now I am still applying everything I learned every time I shoot or edit photos.

My Sister, my Model

My youngest sister is my own model. Isn't she pretty? :)

She is my youngest sister. She is 14 years old, 7 years younger than me yet taller than me. She has prettier eyes because of her long lashes which I envy most. A naturally beautiful hair which sometimes need not be combed. A very smart and driven girl also. I always know I could count on her whenever I  have projects that is needed to have a model. I know no one else who could be perfect for me but my sister. Video shoots, photo shoot, print ads..etc. She has always been my model. Although hard to get, I know I can always count on her.

Contis' Restaurant

Aside from their appetizers and main dishes, Contis' desserts are the best. Their Blueberry cheesecake, Mango Bravo Cake, Strawberry Short Cake and Mango Pie are our family's favorites.I'll try to upload pictures once we buy again.

Food Photography

Cibo Restaurant at Alabang Town Center. Great food at a quite high price but it is so worth it. Highly recommended is their pomelo shake.

NATURE AT ITS BEST

 Dalitiwan resort at Majayjay Laguna, Philippines. Truly captivating and refreshing. The water from the river and falls are very cold. The rush of the river can massage your whole body. Beautiful sight at day. Our whole family got sun burned because we can't help but enjoy the water from the river. At night, you can barely see anything but you can hear the sound of water falls.

This pictures shows the difference between a low ISO and a high ISO. 

ISO measures the sensitivity of the image sensor.The lower the number, the less sensitive your camera is to light and the finer the grain. Higher ISO settings are generally used in darker situations to get faster shutter speeds although the higher ISO creates noise. Lower ISO settings are usually used in brighter situations.
